Marina Moffa (m. Wood) (born 17 April 1964) is a former Australian women's basketball player.

Moffa played for the national team between 1983 and 1995, competing at two Olympic Games; 1984 and 1988.〔 Moffa also represented Australia at one World Championship, in 1990 and at the 1988 World Olympic Qualifying Tournament for Women.〔FIBA Archive. 1990 World Championship for Women.
